• Removed of deteriorated lime
plaster, grouted cavities, replastered
in threecoats of lime, i.e., Ek Baara,
Do Baara and Ceh Baara.
• Removed decayed wood member
added Sheesham wood column for
further strengthening upper portion
of the Chajja.
• Removed oil paint and polishes with
paint stripper on all wood members
• Terrace repair - removed
deteriorated lime bed from the roof
and for the first floor arch area,
replaced back in three layers of lime
concrete with water tightening.
• Damaged / Broken Parapet Crown
Wall entirely repaired from scratch,
designed the original stucco work as
per old documents.
• Arches and the façade wall plaster
redone in plum line, lack of
maintenance and natural
deterioration lead to plaster
loosening up from all sides, initial
plan was to plaster up to 50mm,
however at some places plaster is
done over 75mm in layers.
• Brick masonry removal and new brick
masonry in lime and brick
• Restoration of masonry decorative
cornices
• Consolidation of brick and stone
masonry, filled gaps / grouted with
traditional lime mortar
