No, Project Management is always a part of implementation, separate teams of Conservation Architects and Heritage Restoration Engineers are hired as per site requirement, many a times, it can be part of contracting as well, depending on the intricacies and engagement model with the restoration contractor.

Project management is all about handling complete project, that may but not be limited to time management & work schedules, but will also involve procurement, cost control, labour management, QA & QC and Delivery.

Being an Indian Company, We deal in INR, however our foreign clients do pay us in dollars for export projects. In both cases, Taxation Laws of India and double taxation treaties / applicable to the client’s country of origin would apply.

Being a Heritage Restoration Company, we primarily deal in Lime based products such as Ready to use Lime Mortar, available in three course layers, and fine finish lime paste called “Ceh Baara” [meaning third time, or third coat.]

Joinery, Foundry & Stone Works – We have good hands of Carpenters, Blacksmiths and Stone crafters teams, to support our restoration and new building project works.

GRC Products - In addition, we also deal in GRC designer nets [Jaali], Screens, Bollards, Balusters, Hand Rails and other related items that aesthetically classy, cost effect and low on maintenance.

Yes, we take young hands and groom them at our workshop, give them hands on training on how to handle restoration work.

Yes, we compensate our men suitably to have meals of their choice. Since our manpower hail from all parts of India, with ethnicity and taste, we allow them to make their own meal, provide them with required infrastructure.

Yes, we follow stringent policies relating to compensation and benefits laid out by the Labor Department, All our teams are covered insurances be it individually or in group as per policy.
